Including all the components required for strut replacement without the need for a spring compressor, this complete strut assembly features the strut, coil spring and strut mount preassembled for easy installation. Strut assemblies perform two main jobs: perform a damping function like shock absorbers and provide structural support for the vehicle suspension by supporting the spring and holding the tire in an aligned position.

Loosely install 1 or 2 upper mounting nuts and position lower strut mount to steering knuckle assembly
Install lower mounting bolts and lower vehicle to the ground
Locate manufacturer torque specifications
Torque lower bolts and secure upper mounting nuts in alternating pattern
